Over the last 12 years, Anbu Shanmugam has constructed and delivered more than 250MW of data center capacity across India. He has more than 25 years of experience in leading large-scale projects, facilities management, systems deployment, and operations. Prior to Digital Connexion, he oversaw new data centre build for NTT Global Data Centers in India. He is a Certified Data Centre Specialist (CDCS), certified Project Management Professional (PMP), certified Lead Auditor in Business Continuity Management Systems and is a Six Sigma Green Belt holder. He holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering and an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration.

Shruti Paliwal is a leading brand strategist, marketer and digital thinker. In her current role, she leads marketing and communication for Digital Connexion. With over a decade’s experience in the integrated marketing industry, she has delivered impactful brand, award-winning campaigns (WOW Awards Asia, EEMAX Global, PMAA, DMA Asia Echo) and ROI for the businesses in the technology arena. Prior to this, she has worked with STT GDC India (formerly known as Tata Communication Data Center). She comes with an experience of corporate as well as agency roles including Pulp Strategy Communications Scentra and Arvato Bertelsmann. Shruti holds an engineering degree in Biotechnology and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (Marketing).

Sukrit Anand has over 12 years of real estate investment experience with leading fund managers and investment banks across asset classes. He has expertise in greenfield development acquisitions, core buyouts, JVs and M&A, with end-to-end execution including strategy, negotiations and structuring. Prior to joining Digital Connexion, he has worked with Godrej Funds and J.P. Morgan where he was involved in transactions across Real Estate and Technology sectors.

Priyadarshini Potdar
Senior Manager - Human Resource
Priyadarshini Potdar brings over 10 years of experience as a HR business partner within the BFSI and tech sector. In her current role, she will lead the HR function for Digital Connexion. Previously she has worked with Session AI, a mar-tech platform, where she built the HR function for their India office. Prior to that, she was with the BNP Paribas group where she worked as a HR business partner for various business verticals. With a background in Organizational Psychology, she is interested in nurturing talent and maximizing potential.
