Before joining Digital Connexion, Srini served as the CEO of Sify Digital Services Limited and has previously led the Tata Communications’ cloud and cybersecurity business unit, significantly scaling its business and cultivating high performance teams.

As Chief Revenue Officer at Digital Connexion, he will oversee Sales, Marketing, and Project Management, focusing on accelerating growth, deepening market engagement, and fostering lasting relationships with customers and partners. His previous leadership tenures at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Capgemini highlight his proven ability to scale businesses, build high-performing teams, and craft impactful go-to-market strategies.

Over the last 12 years, Anbu Shanmugam has constructed and delivered more than 250MW of data center capacity across India. He has more than 25 years of experience in leading large-scale projects, facilities management, systems deployment, and operations. Prior to Digital Connexion, he oversaw new data centre build for NTT Global Data Centers in India.
He is a Certified Data Centre Specialist (CDCS), certified Project Management Professional (PMP), certified Lead Auditor in Business Continuity Management Systems and is a Six Sigma Green Belt holder. He holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering and an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration.

Sukrit Anand has over 14 years of real estate and digital infrastructure investment experience with leading fund managers and investment banks. His expertise includes colocation data centres, land acquisitions, JVs and M&A. Prior to joining Digital Connexion, he has worked with Godrej Funds, Ernst & Young and J.P. Morgan where he was involved in transactions across Real Estate and Technology sectors.

Susanth brings over 25 years of experience across digital infrastructure, with deep expertise in cloud, cybersecurity, networking, and data center services. Before joining Digital Connexion, Susanth led the Network-as-a-Service and Private 5G portfolios at Airtel. He has also held senior leadership roles at Tata Communications, Cognizant, Mindtree, and Sify, contributing to innovation-led, customer-centric growth across global markets. At Digital Connexion, he will lead the product strategy and lifecycle management for Colocation and Network Services, while also overseeing IT, cybersecurity, and technology compliance to support secure, scalable platforms.

Recognized for her strategic acumen and people-first approach, Gomathy brings nearly two decades of HR leadership spanning strategic business partnering, talent acquisition, organizational design, and HR technology transformation. She has previously held senior HR roles at Condé Nast India, TVS Next, and SmarTek21, leading large-scale people strategies and transformation initiatives across diverse markets.
In her new role, she will drive initiatives that strengthen culture, accelerate talent growth, and enhance the employee experience, shaping forward-looking HR practices that empower teams and align with Digital Connexion’s business goals.
