Digital Connexion does not sell personal data to third parties.
Data security
Digital Connexion employs appropriate physical, technical, and organizational controls within our organization designed to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or disclosure in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Our controls are subject to periodic assessment and evaluation by both internal and external auditors. The overall program is evaluated regularly to ensure proper safeguards are in place for the ever-changing cyber environment.

We take every reasonable step to ensure that:

- In compliance with legal obligations to which we are subject per applicable law, we have statutory minimum retainment periods
